OpsAgent — a platform for production Claude agents

OpsAgent is the AI platform we built and run ourselves. It takes Claude agents out of the demo stage and into daily operations — recruiting, outreach, invoicing, client communication — where being wrong has a cost.

What it is

A runtime for autonomous agents built on the Claude Agent SDK and MCP, with a shared core library that handles matching, discovery, scheduling, and state machines. Agents run on Cloud Run and act through real tools, not chat replies.

Why it matters to clients

OpsAgent is our proving ground. The patterns that hold up running our own business — the SOSA safety model, tool gating, multi-agent orchestration — are the same patterns we bring to client work. We don’t recommend an architecture we haven’t run in production ourselves.
